21 Weeks Scan

I went for my 21 week scan yesterday! and the lady said she wasn't 100% sure but it seems to be a girl!!!! A girl!!! Yay!

I have been so anxious for this scan and finally its over, we got loads of cute pics, so we could see her little hands, nose and she looks so cute!

I am soooo happy! My dad and my hubby are really pleased too as they really wanted a girl as we already have a boy. My mum was pleased that I was happy but she was rooting for another boy, but she is happy that the baby is healthy and so far no problems!

Boys Tooth Fairy

Where is the tooth Fairy??

I have a little boy, yet each time I see any tooth pillows for kids to put their teeth for the tooth fairy, they are mostly pink & full of "pinkness" if you know what I mean!

So "ping" my brain went! I went to my studio and "masterminded" a tooth pillow for modern boys & indeed modern girls that are not pink all over, because it is not mandatory for girls to like pink & boys to like blue!

So here is my new take on the tooth pillow! I am surely gonna make pink ones, blue ones, yellow ones, orange ones & multicolored ones too!!!!!!

Isn't it cute?! That is my son's small hands holding it...he is almost 3.

The little pocket has space for leaving a folded note if the toothe fairy is a generous one!
I loved making it too, specially embroidering the little tooth!

Hope you like it!

Mr Bunny

Yes this is the "new" addition to our family, we have had him for quite a few months now but he has been awaiting an introduction!

Stefan decided to call him Mr Bunny, nothing difficult there but he is only 2 and a half so he was really happy to call him that!

He is a netherland dwarf rabbit and as you can see by his white fur and red eyes he is albino (has no pigmentation), he is now full size and he is probably not even 1kg in weight!

He is very sweet, never bites and my son loves him! As so do I and my hubby. He has the cutest short ears!

His cheeks look chubby in the second pic because he has his mouth full!

I was told that rabbits are really smart but didn't realise how much until I bought him a corner "toilet" (red in the 2nd pic) and he learnt to use it straight away! It makes my job of cleaning much easier, quicker & cheaper!

Anyways, he is the "new" addition to our now big family! We are now 2 adults, 1 toddler, 2 small dogs and a bunny!

Disaster Strikes!

On Saturday I decided to play the perfect housewife (as everyone does at least once in their life!), it was going quite well!

I made a lovely meatloaf with chourico (otherwise known as chorizo in Spanish) and a scrumptious devils food chocolate cake.

Everything was perfect, the hubby was impressed, until....
My son started running around the kitchen, obviously we told him to stop but did he listen?!? No!
He tripped on my foot and bashed his head on the tiled kitchen floor! I even heard his head bash "thump" on the floor.
Obviously as expected a big "apple" instantly grew on his head and he was crying like mad, after he got in a slightly better mood he decided he wanted his dad to take a photo! He even made a "actor's" face for the photo!

He is better now! Back to his usual silly self!

Excitement is the order of the year!

Yes, yes, yes I am excited!

Excitement leads to happiness, happiness leads to positive thinking, positive thinking leads to motivation, motivation leads to new discoveries!!!

So this year one of my motos is to think more positively, therefore be happier and more productive!!! Which should be the moto for all of us... lets all smile cause its contagious!

So yes, I found something to be excited about...and I started early this year!

I sold my first handmade item on ebay! Yes ebay, I had sold quite a few items by word of mouth, spread the love with loads and loads of handmade gifts for friends and family but had not got the guts to put my brand on ebay as I believed it not to be the right market for my handmade goodness as I usually just sold my odds and ends to make some extra cash and more space..

So... yes I had the guts to start putting some handmade goodies on there and hope that there were some buyers that were looking for quality and cuteness on ebay... and there are!!!
Yes my star first customer that bought my handmade goodness on ebay....(drumroll)....is Alison!

She bought my flower power nappy stacker and straight after ordered a lovely canvas frame which I custom made just for her to match... really cute!

The canvas frame is a great idea as you can used it as decoration on your wall but when you get bored pin up a photo on it!!!!
Even better when you change the deco in the baby's room you can use it in the kitchen as a pin up board!!!! Now that's value for money!

These can be made to order in any particular fabric you request from my stock and cost £9.99, if you wish to send me some of your fabric to do it with they only cost £7.99. Let me know if you wanna add it to your nursery deco!
I am busy brewing up some more goodies so will update to you soon!
